This GIS platform and its associated content, including but not limited to software, data, graphics, and documentation, are protected by copyright law and international treaties. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of this material is strictly prohibited.

All intellectual property rights in the GIS platform and its content are owned by Avensus Solutions FZ LLE. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for personal or internal business purposes only.

Users may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the platform or its content.
• Distribute, sell, or lease any part of the platform without prior written consent from Avensus Solutions FZ LLE.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair the platform.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the platform for commercial purposes.

Your use of this platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Access to certain features of the platform may require a paid subscription. Avensus Solutions FZ LLE reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days' notice.

We offer a 14-day refund policy for all subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with our service within 14 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting us at info@avensus.solutions.

Refund requests must include your subscription details and reason for cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Renewal subscriptions are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Custom enterprise plans may have different refund terms as specified in individual agreements.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Avensus Solutions FZ LLE shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.

Avensus Solutions FZ LLE reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
